We need your help to ensure that the first ever ModelHunt will be a success.  Volunteer positions range from set-up crew, on-site event assistants, ushers, registration and breakdown crew...this will be an amazing opportunity to get on-site events experience and help produce the most diverse modeling search.

Please make sure to include the following information in your email response:

  • Your full name

  • Preferred activity, including date (e.g. 1st day, 2nd day, 3rd day or all 3 days)

  • Preferred shift (if there are multiple shifts)

  • Prior related experience (e.g. volunteer work, customer service and fashion-related experience, etc.)


The pre-show will allow guests, media, and sponsors time to mingle, be introduced to exhibitors, have photo opportunities; enjoy some cocktails and hors d'oeuvres; and get situated before the show starts.

Show Proper
Guests will receive a program booklet and swag bag with products and promotional items from our sponsors at their assigned seat. Sponsor commercials will play during the pre-show and sponsorship logos will be displayed on the backdrop throughout the evening. Each category will be for 1 hour and candidates will be showcasing different clothes like casual, swimwear, sporty and formal.


Onsite Team

Registration, Ticket Taker, Greeter, Seat Ushers, Floor Service (keep areas tidy), Arrange chairs, Pack/Organize/Placement of Swag Bags

Responsibilities of a Set Volunteer include setting up tables, chairs, deploying materials to different vendor stations and placing signage around the venue.

Set volunteers must be able to lift at least 20 pounds and be able to be on your feet for an extended time.
